I like being an anaesthetist on days like this.

Both @assocanaes.bsky.social and @rcoanews.bsky.social are well established on a lot of platforms.

The more folks realise that as users, WE get to decide which platforms should succeed, the better.
Well done @rcoanews.bsky.social and @assocanaes.bsky.social for taking action and stepping away from activity on Twitter/X
It seems that every day reputable organisations are waking up to the fact that they do not need to remain there.

Contributing to world health seems like a much better spend to me. #nzpol

I would rather be at a small bar where Nazis aren’t welcome than a big and noisy bar with lots of Nazis, even if there are some good people still at the Nazi bar. It’s a Nazi bar.

And Threads is just bad.

For what it's worth, even if they come up with a solution to prevent Grok generating intimate images without consent, we as an anaesthetic/ICM community should think hard about whether we use a platform that allowed this to happen in the first place #AnSky #ICMSky

Think about what you’re actually supporting. These sites and services only exist because people use them

Yes. It appears that a practice transferring to MyIndici doesn’t result in data being removed from MMH, even though that would be the logical expectation. There also doesn’t appear to be any proactive instruction from MMH on how to remove your data.

From what I can tell, unless you delete your account, the old data remains in MMH. There's been no advice to delete the account if the GP moves to another system.
