Original arrest report (that the immigration Judges put so much faith in as "proof of MS13 membership") stated that Garcia had no tattoos AT ALL - including gang-related tattoos!
This glaring inconsistency MUST cast doubt on the accuracy & veracity of the cop who wrote up that report.
