I've started doing Tai Chi, I looked locally for a class but there's nothing so I've been watching Youtube vids. I try to do 30 minutes a day when I finish work, it's great for loosening joints and improving mobility, I feel a lot less 'clicky'. Now, if only my sleep would improve...🤷♂️
