Since January, Trump's Treasury has quietly gutted enforcement of the corporate alternative minimum tax — a huge boon for big business and wealthy investors.

Meanwhile, he's led an all-out assault on Medicaid, SNAP, and other programs that help the poor.

We need full disclosure of games that employ generative AI and for what functionality. Consumers deserve the right to make informed purchases.

Far too much of generative AI is based on theft and lack of ethics. That needs to change before we find acceptable uses to augment, not replace, workers.
For Arc Raiders to ride the wave of human sociability all the way to the bank, while also being so contemptuous of the thing that makes us social animals in its own workflow demonstrates a lack of artistic integrity that I find impossible to ignore.

You don't have to be a bolshevik to support universal healthcare. Or a socialist. Just a decent human being who cares for other people and doesn't think that relieving suffering should depend on your ability to pay.
Michael Bennet: I really am a Bolshevik. I believe we should provide universal healthcare to all Americans as a right. There is no reason not to do it in the richest country in the world, especially if we can do it at half of the cost of care we are providing now.

And why are we losing the war for vaccination? Conservative provincial governments responsible for education & healthcare pandering to anti-vaxxers, underfunding local healthcare, and allowing uninformed, non-medical "personal objections" and religions to overrride public health demands. #cdnpoli
