Democrats can retaliate against these GOP gerrymanders with new maps in Illinois, Maryland, Oregon, & Virginia.
They could flip 7 GOP seats to make up for this & new GOP maps in Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, & possibly soon Indiana.
Imposing costs is the only way to deter the GOP from doing this

Beginning to think the financial justification for violating labor laws instead of allowing workers to unionize and raise their comp is because you are able to justify backing out legal settlements to get to Adj EBITDA and other earnings analyses. Even if cash outflow is higher due to legal fees

Everyone is getting upset about the data centers. They pollute a lot and use a lot of energy and will eventually be very ugly/huge vacant buildings. And I understand being mad about that. Until you consider the state of the lazer tag industry at this moment, and how much help that sector needs.
