I couldn't bring myself to watch Parliament today, I've seen more than enough sick shit to last a lifetime of late. Didn't need to have our complicity further proven, and I have no desire to witness yet another debasement ritual for Albanese.

The #government has talked and postponed addressing the real issues for 4years and now has lost control of any credible debate ( like #LNP ). We had a landslide in. Now we need a BIG X-bench that MUST be negotiated with and no #duopoly control in the Senate. #auspol

Rather than giving billions of tax breaks to wealthy property investors, the government needs to cap rents and invest directly in social and affordable housing, renting it to people who need it at prices they can actually afford.

They need to be nailed down as to what that $ 3 B is for lest one think that is there slush fund for a rainy day. Seriously though we should look at what they are spending & for what purpose. Are we getting the bang for the buck ?
