This could be a really interesting development.
Yes: hiring managers at one or two scaleups (Series A+) I talked with said they’re starting to hire juniors again because the talent pool is very good, and juniors use AI tools better+more productive+more creative than many seniors

I think the AI job automation/augmentation dichotomy doesn’t help much. Automation can be a form of augmentation (have the AI write an analyst report so analysts can focus on higher value work) & augmentation can be automation (you may need less workers if productivity goes up)

This is a great example of how tech companies are being irresponsible with LLM deployments. If this can happen, you can't put the result at the top of a google search. Period.
