I was bullish homebuilders in mid-2022 when the rulebook says you wait for rate cuts to buy housing, now I don't trust the equal-weight/bank stocks even though the rule book says chart breakouts + tax cuts + rate cuts is when to own them -- it's been an unusual, out of sync cycle.
