TikTok has been broken all day. All of our videos are under review and their just about comic books. They bought it and immediately broke the site.

This morning, I recorded a video on TikTok about why DHS’s arguments for the power to enter homes without judicial warrants in immigration cases are bunk.

Nine hours later, TikTok still says my video is “under review,” and can’t be shared.

Well, here’s a link:

Completely agree with @miawong.bsky.social here. There were multiple videos out of Villegas Gonzalez’s murder the same day he was killed that contradicted ICE’s claims.

Just to give a sense of scale for how many people are out here in the snow and cold, this is just the outer fringe of one half of a block of Congress Plaza, which is completely full.

This is a lesson for right wing clowns who underestimate the left because they can't conceive of anyone doing anything without being bribed or paid or retweeted by Nazi bots on X.

It's also a reminder to left wing dudes to actually volunteer for the actual everyday work.

these right wing clowns continuing to express absolute shock over the organizing of the left also reflects a deeply sexist ignorance of the fact that EXPERIENCED, INCREDIBLY EFFICIENT AND HARDWORKING VOLUNTEERS, PRIMARILY WOMEN, RUN THE FUCKING SHOW WITH ALMOST EVERYTHING GOOD IN THIS COUNTRY
I mostly just stay off Twitter altogether but after double checking that the Walter Hudson post was still up I ran across this and just had to share so the Romancelandians who bought hand warmers could hear about the PROFESSIONAL GRADE LOGISTICS.

Maria Bartiromo implied it was illegal to film federal agents. It's not. She then said that Alex Pretti "holding a gun up to Border Patrol" Pretti never touched his legal gun during the entire interaction he had with the Border Patrol agents when they killed him.

The reply is proof of receipt. Since when is it up to someone being served to “accept” it? And what’s the premise of not accepting in-person service until Monday? Justice-free weekends?? I cannot imagine that this will sit well with any judge.

Update: In the evidence preservation lawsuit, the current Civil Chief at the Minnesota U.S. Attorney's Office (who appears to be Ana Voss, based on the letter), refused to accept email service of the lawsuit last night and then refused to accept in-person service until Monday.

Ridiculous behavior.

Greg Bovino is, to paraphrase the great Marisa Kabas, a Gestapo bitch.
Bovino: "When politicians, community leaders, & some journalists engage in that heated rhetoric we keep talking about, when they make the choice to vilify law enforcement calling law enforcement 'Gestapo' or using the term 'kidnapping,' that is a choice & there are actions & consequences."

Why this flurry of shootings by ICE? Are they being encouraged from up top to be more lethal?

It's possible it is a deliberate provocation. (A strategy the ICE agents aren't told about.) It could be ICE is being used to provoke a violent response: the excuse Trump needs to declare martial law.

When exactly did Congress authorize Border Patrol to start occupying American cities with brute force because the federal government deemed its officials guilty of "collusion and corruption"?

Also, if that's what he's looking for, I have some staggering news about his bosses in Washington.
Bovino: "Choosing or making a choice is one of the only true freedoms any of us really have ... when as a politician you choose collusion & corruption as a choice, then there are consequences and actions that take place because of that. That's one reason CBP & ICE are here in Mpls by the thousands."
