Be fair. There's a lot of microbes on earth to help dispose of the stuff we don't want, like shit and food waste.
Life on the moon or Mars for more than a few people is a stupid idea. No microbes is no waste disposal.
Stuff would have to be ejected out to space or stored. God, humans are awful.
