Many can’t afford to stay, or sell. With mass layoffs, negative job growth, it’s not looking good. I don’t think Trump pushing 50 yr mortgages is coincidence. I suspect desperate homeowners behind on mortgage payments, will be targeted by predatory companies convincing them to refinance for 50 yrs.
People are putting the brakes on moving, so they’re pulling their homes off the market.
📌 Weak buyer demand, softening prices, and a jittery economy are pushing sellers to back out and wait for a better day.
