The corporate death penalty for certain offenses does not seem out of line. If we as a nation can execute 30+people each year (1648 executed 1977-2025) then there should be no problem executing a malevolent corporation now and then.
I fully believe in the corporate death penalty and believe we would be a better world if OpenAI lost its corporate charter and was forcibly dissolved.
