I'd like a journalist, maybe for some reason one covering the Union electrification height clearance, to compare standard electrification vertical clearance to GO network air rights heights sold off. You will find something

So Harvard is keeping this guy, but Claudine Gay had to step down over ginned up plagiarism accusations and bad-faith accusations of anti-Semitism.

Got it.
Larry Summers tells @theharvardcrimson.bsky.social
he’s stepping back from all public commitments in light of his messages with Epstein, saying he is “deeply ashamed” and hopes “to rebuild trust and repair relationships.”

He will continue teaching.

The House votes 427-1 to approve a measure that would require the Justice Department to release the Epstein files.
House votes to approve releasing the Epstein files by a near unanimous margin
The measure would compel the DOJ to release files regarding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. It now goes to the Senate, where some lawmakers want extra guardrails around what can be released.

It’s really hard to describe how exciting the REM is for the future of Canadian transit. We are so close to a revolution in personal mobility.
The biggest chunk of the REM in Montreal has just opened, and I’ve been reflecting not only on what it means for Montreal, but for Canada as a whole. Read my latest article now:

The REM is essential infrastructure — an automated light metro system across Greater Montréal that will connect more and more of the city as it grows.

Great cities have great public transit, and that’s what we’re investing to build more of across Canada in Budget 2025.

Oh wait he’s NOT promising this

Oh wait the Dems are STILL standing down

Pretty much all affordability discourse could benefit from just posting this chart.

If you're in the better off America, all the luxury goods you want in excess are for the most part much cheaper. If you're in the poorer America, most of the shit you need to live/grow is more expensive.

Let’s be 100% clear:

If Dems cave right now instead of Reps nuking the filibuster, then Dems will be solely responsible for our healthcare costs skyrocketing, and handing Trump pure unlimited power.

One of the most important provisions of the ACA was eliminating pre-existing conditions exclusions from insurance plans.

Folks need to be reminded that if the ACA goes away, so does that provision.

people hate hearing this but it's 100% true, creating a huge pay gap between political leaders, their staffs, and other elites is a recipe for corruption. of course the flip side of that is taxes on the rich should be jacked way the hell up
The Mayor of New York only makes $260k. I bet there are police that make more than that in NY with overtime.

We need to pay elected leaders more money and stop pretending it's some sort of calling. They're managing hundreds of billions of dollars in investments and millions of people's lives.
