i so wonder what this coyote felt and thought as it looked at alcatraz from the shore
i've been watching the coyote on Alcatraz's progress with great interest. a week-ish ago, a coyote SWAM to Alcatraz for the first time and looked fuckin rough after the dangerous swim. but the coyote is doing fine now, gorging itself on unprepared birds & rats who are dealing with a sort of Godzilla

Most of the soldiers i served with were correctional officers and PD for their day jobs. They were so okay committing murder if they perceived a threat to their lives, no matter how contrived.
My main point was that U.S. police officers are, one to one, much more violent than U.S. soldiers, and much likelier to commit murder at close range out of anger.

really heartbreaking how journalism is such an important field, but a journalist's options are to work blisteringly hard for no money or join one of the Consent Manufacturers and rot their soul. (I switched to TTRPGs because at least here my hard work doesn't expire in a week)
