I actually really appreciate alt text because sometimes the images just aren't loading (indonesian internet speed am i rite) and with alt text I can still understand the joke. no one does this on twitter except for me and maybe 5 people so it's nice to see how it works in bluesky

it's so awesome that I still have the next week off. I can still finish my end-of-year blog post, update my arknights fansites, make a new homepage, work on the little holiday game, study japanese, work on my novel, and play all the games I've been planning to play

I gotta say though. just these 3 days of vacation has made me very happy. and I'm suspicious that part of it is because I stopped myself from scrolling through twitter (and also touched real life grass)

put a few hours into this and I'm def enjoying it. feels like it has an interestingly thoughtful take on the whole "small town shop simulator" thing. Not strictly cynical but absolutely aware both of the messy social dynamics that underlie small towns and the control that capitalism takes from them
