progress on the blog post (this is like 60% about gbf). one more game in the top 5. and then the honourable mention section. one game for coda. and then I'll probably yap about real life stuff at the end

on the other hand the rapid fire honourable mention section might be larger than usual this year (lots of recent indie games I want to mention oops)

maybe I should try a little more of that no-scroll and grass-touching (I have a lot of real life grass one step away from my house!!). a little experiment, if you will. if I still feel awful then it was probably just the fresh mountain air

I have heard multiple horror stories of people getting harassed for not putting alt text though. scary. oomfs know I often put alt text on my photos/screenshots (on birdsite) but sometimes I forget or too tired for it

anyway im not supposed to be on either site, im on a grass-touching vacation!!!!

my other other problem is that scrolling is a demonic act and my brain understands this in bsky but on twitter it has totally given in to the darkness

(id say my ego isn't strong enough but I fear it's worse than that. it's too strong. every post deserves careful touch instead of mere copypaste. and then I just dont post lol)

my other problem is that I use twitter to dump my thoughts and run and my ego isn't such that I can post the same thought twice

twitter is mostly really fast except when it's creaking under a thousand useless new features, and then it takes a million years to load. bsky used to be a hundred years, take it or leave it
