Geeze. First the news that rice contains extreme levels of arsenic and cadmium and now this. Even the "healthy" foods are poisonous.

Used to be you'd click 1-2 buttons & maybe provide a "why" but now you have to go searching & then chat with a bot who's every response involves them trying to bargain with you to stay.

Like my witchcraft practice, I find it fulfilling to use up what I have on hand. It's the same when it comes to creating simple yet mindful meals. Once you get a good idea of what goes well with what and what your tastes are, you'll be amazed at how energizing and rewarding food creation can be.
