Well, the settlement money has been announced. Each WORK that got thefted will be compensated $3k (split 50/50 bw publisher + author). So authors will be compensated $1500 per WORK stolen.

Every fairy tale is about how the woods are so deadly that we'd rather go hang out with the witch or the beast or the wolf instead.
You can always tell when folks who didn't grow up in nature are getting into a mystical nature kick because they talk about forests like they're these serene, perfect, peaceful places. No friend, nature is scary and tense as fuck and you're looking at a place where things live and die BY THE MINUTE.

50 years gone, but the legend lives on: today marks the 50th anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald, beautifully memorialised by Gordon Lightfoot in a song that we had to pay our own tribute to.
