I was told all throughout middle school, high school and college that I was ugly and no one would ever like me. They were right. I've done all I could to improve but it never worked.

It really is funny how many people are so progressive and advocate for workers rights but just uncritically consume American Football that does untold harm on its players and communities they operate in.

If you think fictional depictions of morally dubious sexuality is bad then you aren't allowed to say violence in media is fine. If one fictional depiction is bad, then they all are. You aren't allowed to pick and choose based on what makes you feel icky.

It's hard to feel sorry for you Geoff when you use your show to ask for pity while you still ignore systemic issues in games and even kowtow to the people in games who abuse others and look the other way.

yeah the harsh reality is that we do take a chance on small games no one's heard of a lot more often than anyone thinks we do. but literally no one reads the articles, which then reinforces to the powers that be that they're not worth doing. I don't know how to solve that problem!
I've been doing this all year but indie journalists have the same issues as indie games. Unless it's a big name, nobody cares.
