I also would not include a clause that says every time a tenant complains or withholds rent due to a failure to repair, the landlord will put negative information on their credit report.

I personally would not put a clause in a lease that says "amenities such as heat, plumbing, parking, carpets, and common areas are provided gratuitously and not part of the landlord's obligation to maintain."

I worked through my lunch hour and never ate my lunch today. I'm remembering how prone I am to ignoring my health and wellbeing when my job is very busy. 😔 The least I could do is work through my lunch hour but eat my lunch while I'm working.

This is 100% true. I’m in Manhattan today for work and they made me convert to Islam before I was allowed to purchase my BEC and coffee this morning. Inshallah I’m able to get a slice of pizza tonight because the ration lines are so long.
