I made a long ass thread about what my economics were this year - a year when I didn't launch a KS, and where most earnings came from Zephyr since we have no Nibiru stock. It's worth a look if you are interested in numbers and factors swinging the viability of a one person operation in indie TTRPGs.
These are the revenue stats for Araukana, based almost entirely on Zephyr sales, for 2025. This doesn't include close to $1500 from IPR consignment sales, nor sales from my US distributor that were discounted from warehousing costs. DTRPG shot showcases gross sales VS net earnings. Thoughts follow..

It's nice to start the new year in the throes of play by post RPGs as well as cataphracts. i forgot how wonderful it is to write for fun with friends! to make characters and play them out and have them make CHOICES!
