To be clear this is like 10-15% of the town’s population in January standing around just to show some solidarity to blue cities who are going through the shit for us all.

I live in a safe Dem seat (at, effectively, all levels). I will oppose--money, time, whatever--any candidate who doesn't support abolishing DHS as a bare minimum. My vote in 2028 will be entirely determined by who promises to Sherman his/her way through their first term.
