when you have leftover biscuits, you make biscuit sandwiches. here i first made a cheese omelette (first successful flip in forever) and cut it up for the individual sandwiches, which makes them neater to eat than scrambled eggs).

Nine inches of snow on the ground and 10º outside so nope, not leaving the house. Rustling through the fridge and freezer came up with as close to an English breakfast as I could get. Sausages, bacon, eggs, sautéed mushrooms, potatoes and Russian black bread toast. Wooster sauce on side 🍽️ 🍜

I’m sure this will bring out the haters, but whatever. I made a cheeseburger pizza last night to use up some stuff. Ground beef, mozz & cheddar, pickle relish, drizzled with burger sauce. It was good, though I probably would have preferred less meat (I’m a pizza minimalist). 🍽️🍜 #pizzanerd

Unfortunately I fear that this is just the beginning. I foresee this happening at most public universities in Red States and eventually countrywide! An Authoritarian Government controls what is taught, in order to control the population. Did people think banning certain books was the end? 😠😱

The students deserve SO MUCH MORE. The faculty deserve so much more.
Our state deserves public universities that don’t purge widely-accepted educational topics over political whim.

We need to dramatically upgrade our Power Grid. It has been a problem for over 25 years. Every Administration says they will do something about it, but the money spent is a drop in the bucket. Get rid of the poles, put everything underground & avoid the constant outages during bad weather. 🧪😠
Power system reliability has almost everything to do with delivery, not generation, despite what you constantly hear from pols and the media. @grist.org has a good article setting the record straight. It's the grid, stupid!
