„Warum die neue Grundsicherung soziale Not und Wohnungslosigkeit verschärfen wird.“ Darunter ein großes rotes Banner mit der Aufschrift: „Neue Grundsicherung – Altes Problem: Sanktionen kosten die Wohnung. Organisierter Steuerbetrug kostet Milliarden.“ Unten sind die Logos von acht Organisationen: AWO, Deutscher Mieterbund, DGB, Diakonie Deutschland, DER PARITÄTISCHE Gesamtverband, SoVD, VdK Deutschland, VOLKSSOLIDARITÄT. Sanktionen:“ „Jede dritte Sanktion betrifft Haushalte mit Kindern. Die mögliche komplette Einstellung der Leistungen kann Menschen mit psychischen Problemen, Angehörige und Kinder betreffen. 100-Prozent-Sanktionen sollten unterbleiben. Haushalte mit Kindern, Menschen mit Behinderung und Pflegebedürftigen sind besonders zu schützen.“
