Sorry this took so long, but I finally got the doc I prepared for my friend up on Google Docs. It is a deliberately short Long Covid On Ramp for folks just discovering they are sick and wondering what to do next. Thanks to all who contributed! docs.google.com/document/d/1...

All available evidence suggests that Miller acts like Miller because he is absolutely rock solid sure he is superior to everyone around him and has always been like that.
Also Stephen Miller isn't a monster because he was 'bullied in high school'. He was criticized in high school because he was a monster who took a bullhorn and demanded that students not be asked to throw their trash into the trash can because janitors are servants to him.

He was mentored...

Waking up to see the Monroe Doctrine has been reborn as playground bully (even more than before). What a lark.

Where are my paragliding folks at? This site is called bluesky after all (although I admit some nice cumulus clouds are helpful for xc, you don’t want too much blue).

Anyway, I had a lovely magic air sunset flight recently.

p.s. surely someone else here is a cloud appreciation society member?

Listen, I’ve been doing my best posting amateur art making, color and color and more color, and also cooking herbs, cats, books, etc.
u heard sharon, everyone post about their esoteric interests right fucking now. for the good of the community, we need to be hyperfixationmaxxing.
i think this site really needs to figure out how to grow the non-politics verticals (the baseball moment was a good thing!) because i suspect a lot of the bad clusters come out of the political clusters driving 95% of ENG-lang posts

Speaking as a professional biologist, there is no greater sign of incoming pigheaded movement bigotry than someone attempting to apply the term "biological sex" in the context of human gender fluidity.

The term is meaningless, biologically speaking, and tautological.

Damn.
You're watching an Eden's whale (Balaenoptera edeni) in the Gulf of Thailand "trap-feeding" or "tread-water feeding."

It was filmed by NatGeo videographer Bertie Gregory in 2021.

Let's talk about what it's doing, how humans are involved & along the way, identify the origins of a Norse legend.

We have discovered a planet. It is our nearest neighbor. The breeze is playful and smells strongly of chocolate. We could find peace there, perhaps.

You guys, I went to cut some fresh parsley tonight and my Italian parsley is HUGE. Like the size of a small bush. It is undeterred by weather in the low mid thirties. It is living its best herbaceous life.

Was reluctant to join the neighborhood group chat but after a full two years it has only been used for: 1) block party planning, 2) alerts for various city-sponsored clean up, 3) people saying thank you to neighbors who do nice things unasked, 4) especially nice rainbow and sunset alerts.
