I have no sympathy for any of 45s folks, but the ONE Black co-defendant was denied bail because “you are at risk to commit additional felonies and a potential risk to flee the jurisdiction,” while rich white ones got on a DAMN PLANE.

Not for nothing but this is actually a scandal and the Times owes its readers an explanation as to why a) they continually get the wool pulled over their eyes by inveterate racists, and b) there are so many inveterate racists in the upper echelons of the conservative movement

It's that they understand that most WGA writers fighting for better pay have less than 5-6 months of savings.
