I largely forget to do this until I’ve gotten somewhere and realised I forgot what I wanted, walk back to the first room, remember, and then just start chanting the quest objective the whole way back. But it does work!

and even if you didn’t care about the energy savings per se, it heats your kitchen up MUCH less to use a toaster oven for anything small enough to go on it vs the full-size oven, which matters a great deal to some of us in summer!

and, like, I was nowhere near national level, but I *was* very good at the level I did compete at when I was competing as a gymnast. I *maybe* could've gone professional in cirque if I'd realised it was a possible when I was in my teens and bailing on gymnastics. maybe not, but maybe.

now, do I count as a normally athletic person? I legitimately have no idea. I'm in shit shape rn, but when I'm in actual fit and working out as often as I want to, I'm working out 5 days a week for 2-4 hours.

tangentially, reminded that I serve a translator function for some folk for cirque acrobatics as I was a competitive gymnast when I was younger and am a pretty serious non-pro aerialist, so I know *exactly* how hard shit is, and listening to me swear at the professionals is very enlightening ig lol.
