Seeing some weird James Bond takes today. Obviously JB is one guy, played by a bunch of actors, portrayed in different time periods having inconsistent adventures. So long as some of the features are in roughly the right place, it's James Bond.

I often assumed that AI in sci-fi making increasingly illogical decisions was a symptom of being written by imperfect humans.
But who could have imagined something as stupid as a parrot machine that feeds on garbage?

no reasoning, no thought process, no self-awareness

I saw a Gemini ad where the questions ramped up to "What is love?"
Of course the ad didn't show an answer. The point was "You'll be such good friends with our robot, you'll ask it deep and meaningful questions." Or maybe "AI users are pathetic addicts who have lost all perspective." Not sure.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

My 6 year old has played like... half a dozen games. And she already understands that Bluey the Videogame is bad because it was made badly, and not because she doesn't understand it. I'm so proud!
