Let's ignore the fact that the Daniel Craig films were a clear reboot from what came before with Sean Connery through Pierce Brosnan (operating on a sliding timescale).
The most profitable direction would be to have James Bond's never-before-seen sidekick, Jiddy Bond, take over the franchise.

While I don't think Donkey Kong will have anything more than a cameo in this movie (if that), I'll still have to analyze every frame of the trailer like the Zapruder film.
