From devoted Rare gamers to single-series stalwarts, we want to show our appreciation for anyone who's visited even just one of our worlds. For keeping an assorted ragtag of creatives working magic in the Midlands, only two words will do: THANK YOU 💙💛
Theatre seating contains a range of characters from Rare games, including Banjo and Kazooie, Conker, Rash from Battletoads, Mr. Pants, Joanna Dark and Elvis from Perfect Dark, Lesedi from Sea of Thieves, Mr. Ribs from Grabbed by the Ghoulies and various Piñatas from Viva Piñata. Some are just sat smiling, while others are getting up to mischief.

Kameo: Elements of Power and Perfect Dark Zero both celebrate their 20th anniversary today! Well, they're not actually celebrating, they're merely data and incapable of expressing emotion, but you and us? We can celebrate. To all the pummelled Trolls and Infection mode brawls!

While today marks Banjo-Tooie's 24-year, seven-month-and-eight-day anniversary in the EU, it's also the 25th anniversary of this second helping of bear and bird landing in America! Please use this post to reminisce over its connected worlds, new abilities and murder of Bottles.
The box art of Banjo-Tooie as it was released on the N64, featuring Banjo, Kazooie and Mumbo staring you down with looks of happy intimidation. The box also happily exclaims that the game is 'only for' Nintendo 64, which was accurate at the time. Nowadays you can play it on Xbox Series S/X, via Cloud Gaming or even Nintendo Switch. Isn't modern gaming delightful? ISN'T IT?

We've had a glorious day hosting the @sotfest.uk crew at Rare HQ today, learning more about their plans for #SoTFest26 and giving them a peek behind the curtain of how we make our magic! It was a productive day with lots of discussion, shenanigans and cake. Our favourite kind of day.

Inexplicably, our Social Media Lead has received noodles. Not just one box, but three over two months. He doesn't recall signing up for them, so why have these pots appeared with seemingly no ulterior motive? No Sea of Thieves requests or remake demands in sight. Itsu mystery...
