someone at work asked me for help on something and it immediately snapped me out of the malaise ive been in all day and put me in a good mood. i miss the way teaching fulfilled that feeling so easily. i was always coming home full of energy and excitement. i forgot how good that felt. :(

Social media appears to have been a lifeline for Brianna Ghey, something she used to connect with other trans people, something that would have been difficult to do when I was her age. But her mother is talking about how social media "killed her", that she "died twice." It's revolting.

if im ever foolish on a Discourse Topic its ok to hit me with hammers. im just trying to feel out What Went Wrong those first 6-8 years of my transition. my gut reactions to things arent guaranteed to be right by any means. im just haunted. communicating with my own ghosts to try to parse it all.
