Doug Ford scrapping Toronto’s green roof bylaw is, like most things he does, utterly stupid and adds to the case he’s simply in developers’ pockets. But I am a little optimistic (naive?) a lot of developers will opt into green roofs anyway. They aren’t just “green,” they’re a good business.
