QB purgatory is real. Momentum is not.

Nothing a fancy measurement display can do when the spot is bad

The virtual chain thing isn't very helpful if the refs give the ball a bad spot with their stupid ref eyes

What if I were to tell you, in spite of what everyone has said, the Chiefs roster isn’t actually that good aside from Mahomes?

Just get a center with an abnormally long torso and you’re good.
Left: flagged
Right: play after, not flagged

Obviously don’t have ideal angle but looks pretty similar to me!

Bad thing about throwing a “catchable ball” is the defenders need that more than the receivers.
Russ threw an incredibly beautiful ball on that pick

7 to block 4. Ending in a sack.
Enjoyed the Packers forming a conga line to try and stop Myles Garrett

So… how bad could Florida’s backup QB be?

The NFL media's next big pain in the butt, which is already here, is gonna be addressing/debunking/reacting to AI-generated rumors about players circulating on Facebook.

I can confirm. After I drafted him last year and he burned me, and I will definitely not draft him this year, I’m sure he will have a massive season.
Kind of surprised LaPorta made the NFL Top 100 after he didn't have statistically as great of a season in 2024. It reinforces my personal view that he's poised for a monster 2025

My chips from that spot do the exact same thing.

I remember Coach Dungy addressing players and telling them something to the effect of, “If you’re relying on me to get you hype, you’re in the wrong sport. If you can’t find that energy in yourself then you’re going to get dogged on the field no matter who your coach is.”
“As a coach, I want to instruct guys and put them in the right position. The attitude and intensity has to come from the players themselves.”

One of my favorite threads of the year.
Once again it is Father’s Day, which means it’s time to share the most Dad* thing you did in the last year. As is custom, I will go first:

Watching YouTube videos for small repair jobs around the house has turned into watching YouTube videos for large repair jobs I cannot and should not attempt.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dad’s out there.

Just know that all is other dad’s see the struggle you go through in silence and the load you carry without complaining.

Cheers to you for being a protector, provider, and caretaker of your whole family.

Not a fan. I don’t want this to be a 50/50 play.

I think this should be legal as long as they’re paying his living kin as if they would pay him for actually doing the game. Just give them the going rate for today’s broadcasters for every time they use his voice. This should be the law.
NEWS: Jim Fagan was the voice of the NBA on NBC's promos during the 90s. He passed away in 2019.

Using AI, he will be heard once again as the NBA on NBC returns next season.

Sounds like a team that should be playing for 2026.
The top three 2025 Saints cap figures, per Over The Cap:

Derek Carr: $20.5 mil: may be out for the year.
Taysom Hill: $17.99 mil: 34 year old role player who tore his ACL in December.
Ryan Ramczyk: $12.4 mil: restructured deal so he can retire due to injuries.

Also: $52.6 mil in dead money.

I don’t know that teams are as high on this QB class as most think. Cam goes first but after that… I honestly don’t know. There a a chance Shedeur goes top 10 but it may be an end of round 1 situation.
