On Thursday, I went to a major interfaith event organised by Glasgow Council, including everyone from Jewish groups to Pagan. I initially wondered whether this would be performative, but the need is proved by the fact that the world would be a lot poorer without. /1

You can also stop them lowballing estimates on how much time a project will take. You just need to engineer a situation where they see three or more high estimates on a list.
They'll then make theirs fall in the same range, as they don't want to be the outlier in case they look stupid.

Got an ADHD script/session provisionally passed!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 (requires formal sign off so always a chance for things to go wrong, but pleased as fuck). Now "just" to pass an ethics exam and then I will be a certified ICF coach. /1
