Nothing like a little “creative accounting” to push a $3.3 trillion tax cut for the rich. Republicans are using an accounting gimmick to make it look like their tax plan doesn’t add to the deficit. Can’t pass it honestly? Just cook the books.

How is this normal, or reasonable? wtf
This country is becoming unrecognizable. What we’re seeing is state-funded fear. We’ve warned people: keep filming, go live on social media so these moments are documented and shared. This wasn’t a case involving masked ICE agents—but that’s happening too.

Without due process, this could be you. It could be me. It could be any or all of us.

It doesn’t matter who you voted for. Or the color of your skin.

You must understand what is truly at stake here.

All tyranny needs to thrive is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

I’m about to board my flight to El Salvador, where I hope to meet with senior government officials to discuss the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

I also hope to see Kilmar and check on his condition — and remind him that we won’t stop fighting until he’s home.

Budget vote is today. Some dems are still on the fence. Flood their lines! Tell them to vote no on cloture and no on the continuing resolution. The CR hands spending power to Trump to slash at will. A shutdown to bring negotiators to the table is better than a permanent shutdown from being defunded

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

What I don’t think Senate Dems understand, though judging by people’s own accounts of their constituent calls, Dems are finding out real quick, is the sheer rage that’s been building in this country for weeks.

And Schumer, through his cowardice, has just laser focused that rage onto himself.

The institutional Democratic Party is guided by an almost pathological level of conflict avoidance in almost every direction. “What can we do to make the least number of people mad?” is just a bankrupt way to operate.

A federal judge in Washington, D.C., ruled that DOGE is subject to government transparency laws, allowing the public to access government records—a legal defeat for the White House, which had designated DOGE as an office exempt from open records laws.

Defeatism is exactly what Trump, Vance, and Musk want us to feel.

They’d like nothing better than for us to give up, so they can have it all. Cynicism and hopelessness play into their fetid hands.

Keep up the fight.

One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ?

They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.

That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue.

The cost of tariffs isn’t just the cost of the tariff

One thing Trump didn't talk about last night: his plans to abandon American women’s right to abortion care in medical emergencies.

I wonder why he wouldn't want anyone to know that.

‼️🪖CAUTION: more reports of employees who are NOT RECEIVING TERMINATION NOTICES at their WORK email before ACCESS IS SUSPENDED for termination. Termination emails are instead sent to their PERSONAL EMAIL addresses and landing in SPAM FOLDERS. Stay aware; they’re ruthless. #bullsonparade
I’m not USDA, but can confirm I did not get an email to my work account before it was suspended. The email went to my personal email and since it came from a spammy looking throwaway Microsoft account, it went to junk mail.
