My late father was an Olympic rower (1964) who had an almost superhuman ability to sleep anywhere, any time. He was a natural night owl who could also wake at dawn if needed, and could function on surprisingly little sleep when required. [1/2]
From physiology to performance, the JSR Symposium now moves into the real world of athletic sleep with Dr. Asli Lanpir presenting: "Sleep Tracking in the Real World: Evaluating Research and Consumer Devices in Masters Endurance Athletes"
