"Only irregular sleep-wake rhythm disorder and non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder truly reflect intrinsic circadian dysfunctions associated with clinical harm, fitting a classic HDA model." It's still difficult for sighted people to get a #Non24 diagnosis.

I got a plot at our community garden (P-Patch)! I was able to weed today and can’t wait to share veggies 🥕 with the local food bank.
