ALT Text benefits everyone

Alt text helps with accessibility, identifying/explaining elements you might not get to in your posts and makes your posts/work more discoverable - Make sure to toggle it on to “require alt text” in your settings

Your workplace knows Covid is a health hazard & labour rights issue. They don’t care. They’ll replace your sick, disabled ass in a heartbeat

Masking is self-preservation. Masking is resistance to fascist authoritarian conditions. ✊😷

Reposting with alt text bc omfg and they claimed shortages to drive up prices on top of this shit.

On my personal FB I posted abt going through a lot/having depression/being broke.
Hoping w/ the spread of awareness more ppl understand things like poverty, neurodivergence, etc. aren't self inflicted hurdles.

Extended family member that's well off was like "Go to church and find peace in God." 🫠

Annoyed by the thought that some people don't think children have preferences in art and that they'll consume anything.

My picky ass as a kid was like "I like the way Little Bear is drawn, why aren't more bears drawn like that?"

I thought Bambi's Dad and Balto's mom were majestic AF. Still do.

I've got a bunch more designs I want to try out, testing some more complex designs next. Creating physical art is so refreshing!
It is a bit of a bummer there is unfortunately little no interest in them sales-wise (well nothing really sells atm) so far but will still continue to create for me then
Group picture of all of my availble jewelry designs :)
One of my favorite things to do at the moment!

It's been taken down, but this sort of thing boils my blood.

My family wonders why I'm so loud about genAI, because they find it cute. GenAI feeds on the IP of real, hardworking artists in order to produce mass amounts of crap.

Glad the thing was suspended at least. Keep being loud, folks.
The freaking nerve. I don’t want to advertise them but they have other projects that they probably stole too

Idk if you can report it too or find them but god knows I really crave violence rn

According to the study, a significant number of top-tier benchmarks fail to define what exactly they aim to test, concerningly reuse data and testing methods from pre-existing benchmarks, and seldom use reliable statistical methods to compare results between models.
AI's capabilities may be exaggerated by flawed tests, according to new study
A study from the Oxford Internet Institute analyzed 445 tests used to evaluate AI models.

Warthog sketch, ballpoint pen. Trying something completely different for me this day-not sure if I've ever drawn one before. I had a lot of difficulty with the face shapes and symmetry-thought most of the underlines and scribbles are well hidden under the darker lines and patches now

An estimated 15.7 million workers use SNAP. It’s a lifeline for those in low-wage jobs.

Meanwhile, CEOs are paid 280x as much as the typical worker.

Don’t be angry at workers for using food stamps.

Be angry at the corporations paying them so little that they need them.

Friends choose your so-called "critics" carefully.

Its not a binary.

If people do circular citations and happen to never cite the women who laid the groundwork for decades and pay the price, there's a problem.
Who the fuck is this dude who rolled in saying what women researchers have been saying for years? He came on my thread here once to tell me I was wrong about something — I wasn’t. I responded, he said nothing, and disappeared. @alexhanna.bsky.social @safiyanoble.bsky.social
