The millions of people around the world viewing the damning “60 Minutes” episode on torture of migrant detainees prove the desperation of Bari Weiss’ attempts to keep Americans from seizing it.
“Old news,” she claimed.
“Nyet,” the people responded.
What a tragic day for Bari Weiss.

NEW — Based on the aired ‘60 Minutes’ CECOT segment, several of Bari Weiss’s stated reasons to stop the story are inaccurate.

She said the segment did not present the admin’s argument for deporting people to CECOT. It does.

She said the segment did not detail deportee criminal histories. It does.
New: Months before Bari Weiss pulled the 60 Minutes segment on CECOT, her outlet The Free Press was joking about the megaprison Trump has lawlessly deported people to.

"The hottest campaign spot…the new Jeffrey Epstein jet…the place to see and be seen."

The Trump DOJ, in its redactions, seems to be treating the convicted sex offender and the worst's most notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein AS A VICTIM.
Ok. Now had a chance to check and, well, at least some docs do appear to be straight up classic redaction fail. And there are some *interesting* bits here.
