Left twitter before the apartheid guy took it over. Hopefully, bluesky will have less trolls and racists.

one takeaway from the grok noncon porn thing is that much of the media just isn't interested in an issue they can't pretend has two sides or that doesn't give them an opportunity to shit on the left. Also it would be uncomfortable to justify remaining on twitter after acknowledging it

Like how can Democrats NOT impeach him? How can they think there isn't more than enough to work with every single day for a new impeachment? They could take turns being the day's impeacher.
Trump “pardoned convicted defendants who already had extensive criminal records for serious offenses including child sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, conspiracy to murder federal agents, reckless homicide, illegal possession of weapons, burglary, and possession of child pornography.”
Trump says he’s “pro-police” and “tough on crime”, yet he unleashed 1,500+ criminals onto our streets, many of whom assaulted law enforcement on J6. Since Trump’s pardons, they’ve committed:

- Kidnapping
- Sexual assault
- Burglary
- Death threats against elected officials

I think Hegseth is messing with the wrong man. Hopefully, he’ll quickly find out.
Today the Pentagon censured Senator Mark Kelly and moved to strip part of his earned military retirement benefits for stating the truth.

This administration is trying to convince Americans that truth is whatever it says it is—even when the evidence is plainly in front of us.

Venezuela will be in utter ruins, will actually become a narco state and produce more refugees than they ever did before, but Americans will pay 5 cents less for gas, so they’ll keep on voting for Republicans.

Hey @democrats.org - this is a must first act for the next D president.
I was wondering what Mamdani's first executive order would be, and I'm not disappointed by this.

He has wiped off the books EVERY Eric Adams executive order issued on or after September 26, 2024, the day Adams was indicted on federal bribery charges.

Instead of calling out their bullshit, @democrats.org will probably be like “we take fraud by black people very seriously.”
like 75% of dem messaging right now should be “the party led by epsteins best friend is breaking into pre-k childcare centers so they can record your toddlers and put the videos on internet”
uhhh yeah I can see why these childcare properties weren't eager to let in some rando dudes asking "where are the kids?"

@splcenter.org - I love what you do and I support you, but sending me multiple texts a day asking for money is pissing me off. That is not the way to go if you want your supporters to keep supporting you.

The second part is entirely because the media does their hard work for them.
Republicans are terrible at governing but exceptional at turning minor scandals into major conspiracies and major conspiracies into minor scandals.

They just skipped the whole “useful tool for society” and “be a profitable business” steps and are rushing towards enshittification.

Fucking media is putting this childcare fraud right wing smear job on the front page of their sites… all of them. Not a fucking article about the president’s daily corruption.

This is how they’ll win 2026. Endless lies and baseless accusations treated as actual news by our media.

Looks like fear mongering against black immigrants is going to be 2026’s trans scare to get white people to vote against their self interests… let’s see how the media will happily spread their lies and racism.

Amazing that “daycare fraud” makes massive waves in the news, but the president selling pardons for millions of dollars is already forgotten news.

If any conservative brings up Minnesota - immediately start listing all of Trump’s bribery, cons and thefts and tell them to fuck off.

An exceptionally stupid and contingent set of circumstances made Stephen Miller the most influential ideologue in the US. There is no future for the left or liberalism that does not take as a core mission ensuring he is punished for his crimes & no one as hateful as him is ever close to power again.

I genuinely do think that asking them to name when they’ve apologized for being white is extremely revealing. Same with eg “we’re not allowed to express our beliefs.” Oh? What beliefs?

Making bigots own their bullshit positions with detailed explanations exposes the bullshit of their positions.

Ok all sarcasm aside, what these white supremacists are really talking about is when they are asked to apologize for doing racist things. Which happens. Because racism is something to apologize for. What they are saying is that no one should have to apologize for racist actions or statements.
Next time someone says they don’t have to apologize for being white anymore, ask them to tell about the most recent time they were forced to apologize for being white and who made them do it.

Disappointed to see another right wing account, this time repeating lies about the 2020 election, getting hundreds of replies from liberals.
