We are so far past the Rubicon that it isn't worth having a discussion anymore as to whether Trump is acting as an authoritarian. The only question is whether we have the strength and courage to get back to the other side.

This poor woman. Locals say this is a one-way street with two driving lanes. Her car is pulling away from curbside parking, crossing over a bike lane, and attempting to get into the far driving lane. An ICE vehicle is blocking the bike & nearer driving lane. You can see her trying to wave ICE thru.

Unless I imagined it, the Cotton Bowl played Sweet Home Alabama in the closing minutes of the Bama v MSU game when Bama was burying the Spartans. That game was miserable. I feel like this is an important learning experience for Bama fans. #HumblePie

A Hampton Inn in Asheville just canceled my family's reservation because our address (incorrectly) showed Asheville—and the hotel bars locals within 50 miles.
When I asked why, they said, "because of our homeless population," adding that most hotels here have similar policies.
