ah greg, you need to understand that this is just the work of an energetic executive! as john roberts so patiently explained to us, the president needs to be able to dirext the activities of the DOJ to preserve executive authority and separation of powers!
Appalling: During Trump's effort to indict Dems for the video warning against carrying out illegal orders, one of their lawyers asked prosecutors to say what statute was allegedly violated, I'm told. They failed to name one. Then they tried to indict anyway.

What the hell is Jerusalem even trying to say here? The one policy that majorities support, civil rights protections for trans people, were successfully stripped away in Iowa and that's a viable path forward because? It also ignores that Bostock is already federal law but the EEOC will not enforce.
