The Billboard charts are now driven by sales and downloads, not radio. Same in the UK. So all the Christmas songs re-enter the chart every December, and when Thatcher died "Ding Dong the Witch is Dead" cracked the top ten.
So I am hoping that theme-appropriate songs dominate the chart when He Dies.

Any Democrat who thinks it's appropriate to "find common ground" with the Republicans on issues like high school sports teams is negotiating with a political party that does not believe trans people should exist. This policy will kill people, so maybe stop wringing your hands about volleyball.

The scene in CAST.MOVIE II where Circle is tortured in the cage reminded me a lot of Jonas Mekas' THE BRIG. And the dissolution of the cult reminded me of the end of the hospital scene in WERCKMEISTER HARMONIES. Louise Weard's range just amazes me.

THE PLAGUE is a flawed but worthy film. Polinger shows great promise. If you happen to be into folks like Antonio Campos, Lucile Hadžihalilović, or Peter Tscherkassky, have a look.
