I was interviewed by @jamesmcenaney.bsky.social for the Herald this week - we discussed my new article with Dr Cal Horton on trans children's rights, what people need to know, and what can be done to support young people. We also touched on the wider issues facing trans-positive research!

Someone on here who is a comedian and famed for some absolute zinger viral jokes now seems to be posting nonsensical AI slop jokes. Either that or it's my brain that's slop and I'm not understanding any of it.

Entirely typical of the BBC's treatment of trans people that it presents Michael Foran, who is literally on the advisory Board of the Sex Matters hate group, as an independent expert.

The EHRC is an anti-rights group.

An Independent EHRC is one way we can fight back.
This is an account set up by @natacha.bsky.social to facilitate setting up a new group.

I regard the existing EHRC as not independent and consequently not legitimate. So I am looking to recruit members of an independent EHRC who can fulfill its functions with genuine integrity and…

In a screeching u-turn from its Manifesto the Government now backs conversion therapy for trans people. That is what 'supporting' trans youth but denying them the medicine they need to physically transition means.

I need your help to reach beyond SM to find the parents quietly supporting their trans offspring, heads down, staying safe and anonymous.

I need them to sign the Transparent Action pledge.

Growing our numbers will show Streeting supportive parents outnumber the transphobes.

Help me find them.
📜 Today we are launching the Transparent Pledge.

Please read and sign it here: 👉 tinyurl.com/TransparentAction

yet at trans rights marches, and pride, there are thousands and thousands?

It is a sign of how fundamentally abused and traumatised trans communities are in the UK that many folks are responding to Levy with relief and cautious welcome.

It could have been a lot worse.

But it fundamentally fails to deliver meaningful improvements to trans healthcare. 1/4

Any “review” of trans healthcare that excludes researchers with lived experience of being trans, is ethically and methodologically invalid.

So when the media and transphobes jump on this as a “landmark” study, that is just propaganda. It is just another example of a Contrived Authority action.
Because of course Deadly Wesley is going to try and ruin Xmas for the trans community.
Wes Streeting "hopes to report before the Christmas recess the work that's been undertaken by the Levy review"

Said in parliament today at approximately 13:59½.

Parliament recess begins after tomorrow (end of Thursday 18th December 2025).
