Trump envoy Steve Witkoff has been outed as a Russian asset. This is traitorous stuff.
Steve Witkoff helped Russia derail Ukraine’s access to Tomahawk missiles. He tipped off the Kremlin about Zelensky’s U.S. visit, giving Moscow time to arrange a call that convinced Trump to block the deal. Witkoff actively works against Ukraine’s defense, in coordination with Putin’s regime.

Zelenskyy has posted a deeply difficult, ten‑minute national address. It is honestly heartbreaking to watch. I’m sure translations are already circulating and you’ll find it online, but the first point you need to hear is this:

"Right now is one of the most difficult moments in our history. ,

Just watched US political scientists present empirical evidence from Ukraine that removing foreign military aid will not make Ukrainians stop resisting, but rather will more likely prolong the war, make it bloodier, and make Ukrainians suffer more.

Trump's plan for Ukraine is a trap. I hope Zelensky doesn't fall for it. Come on EU, stop being America's poodle and take the lead.

Governments across Europe subsidise bottom trawling to the tune of €1.3 billion every year
Despite the huge emissions and despite the total annihilation of marine
Yet not one word about this at #cop30
#Cop30 does nothing
Every year, bottom trawling releases 370 million metric tons of c02 into the atmosphere, as much as the entire UK emits annually, and double the annual emissions from fuel combustion of entire global fishing fleet of about 4 million vessels.

Tackling the carbon emissions of bottom trawling is a fast and effective way to forestall climate change while protecting our precious marine ecosystems. But despite the minimal returns, governments across Europe keep subsidising the practice

I think a significant number of people continue to advocate for Russian victory solely because they’ve realized that, if Ukraine prevails, their goose is fucking cooked because they’ve spent the last 3.5 years publicly cheering genocide and justifying atrocities.

Yeah it’s either hard US security guarantees real enough for Ukraine to trust them (would take way more than trust me bro, boots on the ground or close to it), or yet another token promise which Ukraine / Europe will obviously reject.
One reason (of several) I'm sceptical of the Witkoff deal is that it's apparently contingent on independent US security guarantees and that's such a colossal reversal of US policy that I struggle to see how it survives contact with political reality.

Russian interference in European and American politics is very serious but is not being taken seriously enough. Russia's threat really goes beyond the battlefields, the West must shift from a reactive to a proactive approach and face the beast.

This account - Britain is Broken pretends to be a patriot exposing migrant violence.

It is no patriot. It is a Putin tool working to destroy Britain.

The anti-migrant hysteria is being whipped up, not only by the British media, but by Russia and influencers and politicians working for Russia.

Anti climate, anti immigrant, far right bullhorning, imperialistic, anti Europe… I hate this man and I want EU policy to have less and less to do with him.

The sooner we have enough green energy and defence independence to be able to tell the US to eat shit the better.
Trump’s UN speech was utterly insane. Literally just a rambling confused old man. Of course US news media will massively sane-wash it with some bullshit like “President lists his many peace achievements at UNGA, boldly asserts America’s power”.
