It's been a while but I finally cracked open a new bottle. Tonight's feature is the high proof Blanco from Lalo. A bold 108 proof leads to strong aromas and flavors. A soft beginning and a hot finish make this a very interesting tequila.

Discovered a new (to me) tequila out of nom1499 yesterday. I sampled it and enjoyed it and was told it was made with agaves that are 10 years old. Decided to pick up a bottle and the lore behind this continues. Rested for 10yr in stainless steel, single estate agaves from Michoacán, limited release.

If anything, activists and people with privacy concerns should see this story as proof that even the Trump admin thinks Signal is more secure than any other messaging service.
