One of the last remaining people to not own a smartphone. The only question I asked Windows' Cortana was how I could murder her.
Us wildings are just that way.
Sooner or later, the hate we decide to embrace is the venom that returns to hurt us.

Don’t forget that *Trump’s own lawyer’s argument* to the Supreme Court in the immunity case was that the check on the President using his immunity to order criminal acts was that those under him would not follow illegal orders. Now it’s a crime for lawmakers to remind servicemembers of that?
The President doesn't want you standing up and speaking out against him, so he's coming after me to intimidate all of us.

But I won't back down — and neither should you.

Seems like most (esp. "journalists") criticizing Fani Willis for using RICO or getting disqualified are glossing over the facts that she elicited several guilty pleas from defendants and was replaced by a MAGA prosecutor who is the one requesting the dismissal. Are journalists really this ignorant?

This is a good day to once again note that there are no other world leaders who have both nobly defied Trump's extortive quid pro quo blackmail and fought bravely to thwart Putin's murderous aggression. He's in a tough place and nobody can say how things will transpire. But Zelensky is a rare hero.

About 40% of SNAP recipients are children. Around half of ALL children in the country are covered by Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

And the so-called “party of family values” gutted both programs by billions of dollars.

Doesn’t sound very pro-family to me.

Remember when Trump’s sons announced a made-in-the-USA smartphone and a new wireless service, Trump Mobile?

Three months later, the phone’s ship date keeps getting delayed with no explanation — although the company continues to collect $100 deposits.

The grift never ends.
The Trump Mobile phone is nowhere to be found after months of delay
Trump Mobile has posted conflicting photos of the phone and scrubbed mention of its “Made in the USA” promise.

I love this guy. I've seen him on many different shows and he never pulls any punches while being unfailingly cheerful about things. Good guy!
I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

All the warning signs are there. Clawbacks will be in order--no bailouts.
The stock market's gains are being overwhelmingly driven by seven Big Tech companies who have invested heavily in AI, which has made tech oligarchs even wealthier.

But when that AI bubble bursts, the rest of us will be stuck holding the bag.

Be warned.

I lived in Russia briefly in 2010. I don’t think people realize how corrupt that society is, from the Kremlin to the average morality of an ordinary citizen.

When the highest person in office is corrupt, this gives a permission structure for EVERY single person in society to do bad things. 🧵
