Reporters need to think faster. Either that reporter or the next one should have asked why he wasn't left at home with relatives instead of taking him to Texas with no way home? Is he with his family? If no, then where is he?
That's a non sequitur. The 5 year old, Liam Ramos, was arrested and then detained. Arrest does not require criminal charges to be brought, only that somebody be taken into custody (which Ramos clearly was). Vance may believe that the arrest was justified. But it's still an arrest.
Q: A school district alleges ICE agents detained a 5 year old after preschool. Are you proud of how you're conducting this immigration crackdown?

Kavanaugh is the SCOTUS Justice overseeing the 8th Circuit. You know, the guy who said it was legal for law enforcement to harass people based on skin color and accent. We had Kavanaugh Stops. Now we have Kavanaugh Beatings, Kavaugh Terrorizing, and Kavanaugh Murders. Shameful. Maine, take note...
