So here's the rub: Dozens of Stonepeak's investors are public-employee retirement funds, including many in blue states. And the human rights abuses happening on Omni's ICE flights would probably violate a lot of their ESG policies -- IF THEY KNEW ABOUT THEM.

Ah, which country is doing that (or even trying to do that)?
Countries deploying wind, solar, EVs, etc, seem to be doing just fine to me. Modelling does not suggest that climate policy screws your economy either.

Countries deploying wind, solar, EVs, etc, seem to be doing just fine to me. Modelling does not suggest that climate policy screws your economy either.

Interesting. I had never really considered "vice signalling" I suppose because nearly everyone I know either is, wants to be, or pretends to be, virtuous to some degree. But, come to realize, vice signaling is exactly what this administration is about.
Arresting Black journalists is also vice signaling. Their base is racist and hates journalists and they want to get them excited again. The mainstream media industry has never protected Black journalists or journalists of color the way it should.
