Mostly here to celebrate Star Trek.
Finding sanity through escapism. May occasionally post in-character RP.
"Sorry to spoil Arrival, but I was really excited that we finally learned what happened to 50ft Spock from the Animated Series!" 🖖😆

I was only able to find it as a digital copy through my library, but I highly recommend tracking it down for your young ones, or yourself if you're unfamiliar with colonization in Canada.

The Borg are an on-the-nose allegory/metaphor for the literal *forced assimilation* of indigenous peoples in real history. Too many Trek fans have idolized the Borg as a transhumanist power fantasy while ignoring everything that makes them problematic.
Enterprise isn't that incredible of a show and boring imo. The cunty Vulcans were the redeeming factor.
Star Trek VI forces the cast to behave in a way totally opposite of how they were portrayed for over 25 years and this ruins the movie for me.

Skin art from the amazing Pundus shows three panels on the ventral surface of the engine section (circled in green first pic). Eaglemoss model has gray panels here in descending sizes like the gray boxes I drew in on top (second pic)
